The Sister Ramona Schweich collection consists of an audiocassette tape and transcript of an oral history conducted between Sister Schweich and Guy L. Frechette and includes an interpretive essay about the interview written by Frechette. In the interview, Sister Schweich recalled the changing roles for teachers between the 1940s and the 1970s. She had experience teaching in St. Paul, Madelia, Hokah, and Mankato, Minnesota along with numerous experiences at other places around Minnesota and in Washington. This oral history interview was conducted as a requirement for the graduate level Educational Foundations course entitled History of Education in American Culture at Mankato State University in Mankato, Minnesota.
